In this session, Dane Woodland (personal trainer and lover of all kinds of movement) will explore a variety of different ways to practice fitness, how to support it with real nutrition advice, and how to work your body movement into your busy life. We'll talk everything from evening walks to weight training, get to the bottom of some common motivation traps, and help you tune into how your body wants to move, right now.
